Disclaimer and Terms of Use

Please read these terms before using this website.

Your access to this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or otherwise use this website.

Professional regulation

This website is maintained by a firm of Chartered Accountants in practice and is subject to the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, the regulations framed thereunder, and the Advertisement Guidelines and Website Guidelines contained in the Code of Ethics issued by the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The revised Code of Ethics (13th edition) is applicable with effect from 1 April 2026.

The contents of this website are informational. They are not intended to solicit professional work, and nothing on this website should be read as a representation as to the outcome of any matter.

Information is general in nature

The contents of this website, including any articles, tables, calculators and compliance calendars, are for general information only. They do not constitute professional advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice on the facts of a particular case. Statutory provisions, rates and due dates change frequently, and the material here may not reflect the most recent amendment, notification, circular or judicial decision.

Calculators

The calculators provided on this website give indicative results based on the assumptions stated alongside them. They do not account for every provision, exemption, deduction, special rate or transitional rule that may apply to you. No decision should be taken on the basis of a result generated here without professional confirmation.

No professional relationship

Nothing on this website creates a chartered accountant–client relationship. Such a relationship arises only upon the acceptance of an engagement in writing.

Limitation of liability

The contents of this website are general information and are not a substitute for advice on the facts of a particular case. To the extent permitted by law, the firm does not accept liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance upon, the contents of this website or from any inability to access it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any liability, duty or obligation which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including any liability arising under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 or the regulations and guidelines made under it, or any liability for fraud. A disclaimer does not relieve the firm of the responsibility to state information accurately.

External links

This website may contain links to external websites maintained by government departments and other bodies. Such links are provided for convenience only. The firm does not control and is not responsible for the content of those websites.

Confidentiality of enquiries

Our Privacy Notice sets out how information sent through this website is handled.

Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement. An engagement arises only when it is accepted in writing, and until then we are not acting for you and no advice given informally should be relied upon.

Information you send us in making an enquiry is nevertheless handled in confidence. As members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India we are subject to professional obligations of confidentiality, which extend to information about prospective clients, and we do not treat an enquiry as public merely because no engagement has been signed. Those obligations remain subject to any disclosure required or permitted by law or by the Institute.

Confidentiality is not the same as legal professional privilege, and nothing on this website should be read as a claim that communications with us attract privilege. Please send only what is needed to describe the matter at the enquiry stage, and do not send documents of identity, bank particulars or other sensitive material until an engagement is in place and a secure channel has been agreed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute in connection with this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
